Cay
A Vegas Paradise

The former jazz club, Coraggioso, is in the hands of its fourth owner: first Luck Gandor, then Rufus Shinra, then Reno, and now Rikku. But instead of saxophones and pianos coming from the open doors, soothing Polynesian music and beach sounds greet guests. Bright, tropical colors (but nothing too garish) fill the club. Rikku’s transformed the Coraggioso into the Cay, a fun island themed club and lounge.
Former users of Rufus’s gun range will be disappointed that Rikku no longer offers those services, but he doesn’t know the first thing about shooting ranges and felt it best to remove that.
Cay is open Monday through Thursday from 6 PM to 4 AM, Friday from 5:30 PM to 5 AM.
-No sex on the dance floor
-No sex with the servers
-No sex during work hours for the servers
-If Rikku or one of the other employees tell you to scram, scram

Instead of tables and chairs, the main part of the club now has cabanas (see picture) against the walls to allow for a dance floor in the main area. The cabanas have low tables, cushions, and chaises, all in bright colors and insanely comfortable. On the former stage sits Rikku’s private cabana, for VIPs and Rikku only. The curtains can be closed for the illusion of privacy, but there’s a sign that starts “No Sex on the Dance Floor”, so no sex on the dance floor. Sorry, guys. That’s what the private rooms are for.
Speaking of, the private rooms have been remodeled to match the rest of the club. The doors are still there, but there are curtains over them to give the illusion of being in a cabana.
The biggest change by far is the former shooting range. Rikku’s turned that into a lounge area. The front part is for dancing and fun and energy. This part is for relaxation. Calmer music plays back here, and there are still cabanas everywhere, as well as chaises and cushions not under the curtains. Rikku turns a blind eye to sex back here, since they’re not on the dance floor. Just…close the curtains.
There’s also a hot tub in the floor back here, and cute boys stand ready with towels for anyone who needs them.
Bar: Mixed drinks are 2 chips a drink, non-mixed are one. Rikku also has something labeled the Rikku Surprise. Whatever drink the bartender gives you is what you get. It’s three chips, and different every time.
Food: Rikku knows that booze on an empty stomach is a bad idea, so he offers a fine array of the freshest and best seafood appetizers and barbeque appetizers like he remembers it from home: slow cooked and smoked. A serving for two is one chip and a serving for four is three. Fruit plates are one chip, and they serve six easily.
Dance Floor: Free! Rikku doesn’t charge a cover charge. The cabanas on the dance floor can be reserved for two chips an hour.
Private Rooms: These are also two chips an hour or you can rent them for the whole night for six chips plus cost of drinks.
Lounge: To get in this part of the club, Rikku charges one chip. That gets you in and gives you access to the cabanas back here. Two chips give you hot tub access, and three gets you a cabana reserved for your use only. Pay four chips, however, and Rikku’ll give you what he’s advertises as Spiran Hospitality: a cabana, hot tub access, and a personal serving boy that will fetch your drinks and snacks from the bar for your stay. This service is only available in the lounge part of the club.

All floor workers must wear the uniforms. For servers, this is bright shorts with the name of the business on the left leg and the worker’s name on the right. There’s also a vest with the names on the back, but those are optional. Bartenders and bouncers must wear the vest with a tank top or t-shirt underneath. Rikku expects the chef to know food safety and health and they must dress accordingly.
